This modern luxury apartment is in a small complex with a swimming pool in beautiful Puerto de Mogán, only 100m from the golden beach and close to the marina and fishing harbour. It is fully equipped, stylishly furnished, has full air conditioning and has a heated swimming pool.

The large double bedroom and the 22m² lounge (with a kitchen area) have patio doors with shutters leading onto a large terrace which has wonderful views of the sea, the valley, and picturesque Puerto de Mogan. The apartment will sleep up to three (using a fold-out bed) and is equipped with DVD, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system.

Apartment P is amongst the best designed and positioned in Puerto de Mogan. Built just a few years ago, the complex is equipped to the highest standards and is bright and modern. There is a lift for easy access and a private parking space.
